Temporary Disability Benefits
Temporary total disability benefits compensate you for lost wages if you are unable to work while you recover from your injury or illness for 7 or more days. You will receive 70% of your average wages, subject to a maximum set by state law.
When Does Temporary Disability End:

You’ve reached maximum number of weeks allowed which is 400

Your doctor releases you back to work

Your doctor finds that you have reached maximum medical improvement (Dr finds that no additional medical treatment will cure your disease or injury).

You fail to follow the prescribed medical treatment.
